By accessing or using Mandate (the “Service”), provided by Mandate Technologies, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use the Service to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the Service’s operation, or facilitate transactions that are unlawful or that you are not authorized to make. You will not attempt to bypass policy or rate-limit controls.
Sandbox environments use simulated payment proofs and are intended for development and testing only; no funds change hands. Production payments, when available, settle in USDC on the Base network. You are responsible for funding the wallets and authorizations you configure, and for ensuring that mandates accurately reflect the authority you intend to grant.
Fees, if any, are described on our pricing page or in your order form. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Taxes are your responsibility unless we are required by law to collect them.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content as needed to operate the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that present a risk to the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
